What we keep, and why
A ministry built on trust should be as careful with your details as with your prayer requests. This is everything we do with both.
What we collect. Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your email address, and, depending on the form, a prayer request, a gift record, a language preference, or a volunteer role. Nothing is collected silently.
What we do with it. Your details go to a private, ministry-run record and are used for exactly one thing: sending you what you asked for: the toolkit, prayer-team emails, a gift record, or a personal reply. Nothing else. No newsletters you did not request, no sharing, no selling, ever.
Prayer requests are read personally and treated as confidential. When the prayer team receives needs, we use first names only, and never a location finer than a city.
Cookies & tracking. This site sets no cookies at all, advertising or otherwise, and runs no analytics scripts. Fonts load from Google Fonts and the site is served by Vercel; like all web hosts, they keep standard technical server logs. Giving happens on established platforms (currently GiveSendGo); your card details never touch this site and never come to the ministry.
Emails we send. Each form leads only to what it promises: toolkit requesters receive the toolkit and nothing else; the prayer team receives weekly prayer needs and never fundraising; donors receive their gift record, a monthly update, and a quarterly transparency report. Every automated email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and every send is logged so no one is ever emailed twice by mistake.
Transparency reporting. The transparency page publishes ministry finances as aggregate figures only: totals, categories, families served. Donor names, emails, and individual gift details are never published there or anywhere, and income entries are anonymized before any figure leaves the private ledger.
Your rights. Write to info@kingdom-ark.org at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, including leaving the prayer team. It will be done, and you will get a written confirmation.
This page is written plainly on purpose. If anything here changes, the change will be dated and explained here first. Updated July 20, 2026: retitled the tracking section to name cookies explicitly; nothing about our practice changed, and the site still sets none. Updated July 18, 2026: described the new automated emails and the transparency page, and corrected the list of giving platforms to those currently in use. First published July 13, 2026.
